Tara seriously has a gift. Doing her 4 week (which actually has kinda turned into a 6-8 week or more) program has been so rewarding. As someone who grew up playing sports and being active my whole life, and then falling into a "work-out rut" these last 2 years, I never thought I'd be excited about working out again. I was burned out and bored and had no interest in taking the time to put in the work. Tara's program has helped me reshape how I see working out, as eating clean, and health and fitness in general, and you can't argue with the results you can definitely see.

After Tee's 4 week program it is safe for me to say that I am feeling better than I have my entire life. Through not only difficult workouts but restricting what I eat and making myself continuously drink a gallon of water a day I have begun to discipline my body. Tee has taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle and what working hard really means. She has been able to push me physically and mentally in the 5 day a week strenuous workouts. I am extremely thankful to her for taking the time out of her schedule to create the workout and eating plans. This past month has truly been life altering and has given me a start to reaching the high goals I now have regarding my fitness.
